941 for 1st Quarter 2011 reporting and California forms DE-9 and DE-9C)
and supersedes all prior revisions. This update is dated

maintenance release and required for all users. It is
a cumulative update and, specifically, includes support for the revised
2011 Forms 940, 943, and 944.
The effective date of Release 11.06 is December 30, 2011.
