SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS UPDATE:

Customers who are required to file California state form DE-7 will need to follow this procedure for 2008 filing. 

1.  Download this special update.  You may save it to a floppy disk, to a CD/RW or ZIP disk, or to your Windows desktop.  If you wish, you may save it on the same media you used for the main release. 

2.  The download consists of a PDF file of the form, specially adapted for use with Quick & Easy After the Fact Payroll.  To prepare the form, you will need first to print a supply of the form on blank paper, using Adobe's free Reader program or Adobe Acrobat.  When you are printing your copies of the blank form, please note the following requirements:

Form size MUST be set to 100%

Page scaling must be set to NONE

3.  Once you have printed a supply of the forms on blank paper, and have updated the Quick & Easy After the Fact Payroll program with Release 8.03, you can print California form DE-7 on the blank forms you have printed.
