Download the special font set for the Windows Black & White print versions of Quick & Easy 1099/W2 for Tax Years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.

    (The effective date of this update is November 15, 2001, but it will function with all subsequent releases of the Black and White print option program))

(If you successfully downloaded and installed these fonts for Tax Year 2001 or a subsequent year and are using the same PC for the current tax year, you should NOT need to download the fonts this year.)

Updates are contained in downloadable, self-extracting zip files.  Before downloading an update, we recommend that you freshly format a 3.5 inch, high density (1.44 Mb) diskette for use in Drive A:   

Then, complete the form at the bottom of this page, and click "Submit" to go to the next page.  The download begins on that page.

When the download is complete, exit your internet browser and install the update.  

(HINT:  an easy way to do this is to click on "My Computer", click on 3 1/2 Floppy (Drive A:), and click on the self-extracting update file.  You will see a "read me" file containing full instructions for installing the fonts you need.)

To unzip the file, click on the Unzip button.  The name of the file you will be unzipping is NelcoFonts.exe.  After the file has been successfully unzipped, double click on the "read me" file for installation instructions.

That's all there is to it!!  You'll have all the extra fonts you need to use the Black & White versions of Quick & Easy 1099/W2 for Windows.
